Was Noah a vegetarian?

No since Abel who was a forefather of Noah kept cattle meaning there was meat eating before Noah's time. Also he brought into the ark clean and unclean animals. Those that were clean were that way because God had allowed His people to eat them. One could eat clean animals but eating of the unclean was forbidden

I doubt it- since I think the first thing they did after the water went down was roast up a lamb- guess they had all the fire making materials on board the ark..........

Those days I think all people ate meat to survive. They knew exactly how to roast/burn an animal to the best taste.
