my grandma had a white tongue in her breath was just awful.
Nice article on a taboo subject!Look on Wikipedia and type in the search for tongue cleaners!
I don't think so. After cleaning with your toothbrush, use Wooshy tongue cleaner and you will see how wrong you are.I think you are right, Wooshy tongue cleaners is really good. I have recently purchased one from Ebay, and I was so impressed with the product that I went and purchase further 2.
My fiance told me I have a bad breath sometime right after tooth brushing. I didn't know why initially. I floss, brush, scrape my tongue everyday, get teeth cleaning every 6 month, no perio problem... But I don't use a toothpaste to clean my tongue, so I will try to do that to see how it works! Thank you!
Many mouthwashes contain alcohol. It kills bacteria on contact, but makes it easier for new bacteria to grow afterwards. If you use mouthwash, make sure you use an alcohol free one. It should say alcohol free on the bottle, and they sell them in all supermarkets and most chemists, with the other mouthwashes,
This is a bogus article.
how do you have a body cleansing day?
Just use your teeth. stick out your toungue as far as it will go and scrape off. The teeth can scrape the sides of the tougue too. Do this every day and there won't be a build-up of gunk. I'm not a big fan of tooth paste, I feel like it burns. I brush my teeth, gums and tongue daily.
If you want to keep your teeth for a long time, floss every day. Your teeth need clean gums to live in.
Thank You It worked!!=) I usually brush my toungue but not like you explained it!!!I've been trying to fix the problem for a while.Again THANK YOU!!!=)
That is a good way to clean them. im 15 years old and i have bleeding gums, really only when i brush, but ill try that way i guess. but my tongue is like a pinkish light greyish color and is a little cracked and the color goes back to the base of my toungue and i have a weird taste when i breathe out. idk what it is but can anyone tell me what i should do and what i should use.........i havent tried this yet but i will.
