A simple little trick I use the occasions I'm feeling I'm getting too hot too quick, I either pull out and relax for about 5 seconds, get control of my breathing. Or the real trick is I drive my thumb nail into the tip of my index finger as hard as I can for a couple seconds. I've never heard of this second trick anywhere else, but it works like magic. If you do it too late it won't work, gotta catch urself early! It's all physcological, and the girl ur with. I've been with the same woman for 6 years and it helps to be creative. Not only is it healthy for you both but it buys you more time. Other strategies I use include stopping for a few seconds (you'd be surprised how much it helps), changing of positions, and distracting my mind with other thoughts.

well about a half hour ago i tried the advice and it really did help self control is the key. she noticed the difference, three times by the time i did the first time ;)
