Dubai Property rates are declining and there are no indication of it rising in next few months so it is right time to invest in Dubai property?
Answers to this question:I wouldn't say the best by any means as it's quite unstable... unlike all the other investments out there right!

In the UK property has doubled in value on average every seven to ten years, even with the fall in prices here if you brought before 2004 then you should not have seen a loss on your investment and as we come out of this recession your investment will grow again, if you are renting the property out and the rent is covering all the overheads then you have got an appreciating asset which is not costing you anything. In this last financial crisis banks,stocks and shares have all suffered and many people have seen their pensions disappear, so what is safe?
Property investment is very worthwhile and is often considered the best long term investment. With the global financial crisis that has been experienced many countries are still experiencing real estate price drops.
Now is an excellent time to buy real estate but that comment is made with the priviso that the buyer needs to be able to fund a further drop in price and personally I would try and make sure I could cover at least another 5% drop. If there is no drop in price then further real estate will be able to be purchased as equity grows in the already purchased property.
On top of that calculations also need to be made to ensure that interest on loans can be met as interest rates rise in the future.
This all comes down to not overcommitting and having financial reserves.
The long term future of purchasing real estate is excellent.
At the present time, in America, there is none better, unless you find a lucky stock to "bet on". Real estate in the US is cheap now and will have the best maximum return. If someone has money to invest now--real estate is the way to go and will have the maximum return when the econommy makes a turn around.
