How are we, in America, to share wealth and prosperity when the rich and poor have drifted so very far apart?

I saw a car license plate bumper sticker that evens the playing field; it said, "Eat The Rich!"
Answers to this question:If we really want to share the wealth, then maybe we should move to poverty-stricken neighborhoods. This has several benefits: we're less likely to spend money on silly things when we see our neighbors struggling to keep their old car running or their kids going without food. It's also a lot easier to keep up with the Joneses.

EAT?? I wouldn't eat Paris Hilton if she was the last Twinkie on earth!
This is a very difficult question wanting an answer because ever since the world exists, people multiply by the zillion, a lot of difference occurs between the rich and the poor. The rich become richer the poor become poorer. To share a bit of the rich's world is like to string a needle. You may be able to eat the rich but you definitely cannot have the rich. Many a time I suspect the rich are eating the poor.
I think the best way to share wealth is for the wealthy in create meaningful employment with their money and get the poor employed. Besides, their should be a policy allowing the poor to invest certain percentage of their money. Government could set aside certain percentage of national income to buy shares for the poor in big and medium businesses and allow them to pay gradually within a specific time frame.
Class warfare. Tax the hell out of the rich. So what if most of them sacrificed everything to get to this point in their lives. Take their money, let the government take it's 25% cut before handing the rest to people who sit at home watching soaps. That way EVERYONE will have nothing, and it's all fair.
Seriousely, I don't know the answer, I don't think anyone does.
