If it hadn't been for the heroin I would never have stopped smoking.

I stopped with a group of 12 people. We got together for two weeks watched incentive tapes, and talked. We started purging our bodies of toxins using vitamins even before we quit smoking. Of the 12 people that started in the group a few remained cigarette free for a few years and I am the only one still not smoking after 12 years. I guess I was ready even though I did not think so.

I read Allan Carr's "Easy Way To Stop Smoking".

Highly recommended! The ideas are profound, insightful and utterly relevant. You will never look at smoking the same way again!
