I have always adored Damon and think he's a talented actor. Wahlberg just popped on the scene for me or I wasn't paying attention. I think he's talented too and they have similar styles. I also adore him and think he has great *clearing throat* ummm..... appeal!
The two combined would be explosive in an action film. A bit of spice but not much romance would be required. And Wahlberg would have to have a number of bare-chested scenes.

By the way...if you haven't already seen it, "Invincible" with the darling Mark is awesome! Based on a true story about Vince Papale. Even if you're not into football, don't let that stop you. This is the story of a man who wouldn't quit! He's remarkable in this film.
