Answers to this question:From a real estate standpoint they are really difficult to sell and get a home loan for and insurance used to be a big issue too but not sure now. NO, in a word - wouldn't build one or live in it -

A while back, Bernd and I were considering moving to New Mexico. A dome house was on our list to see. It was very roomy and had a lot of nice aspects to it. I would definitely live in a dome house.
but who will buy that kind of home, maybe millionaires and billionaires in the country can afford to buy that dome.
