My hubby, Mick and I hike a lot. We try to eat right - my mom was an EN too and knew cholesterol was a dirty word back in the 50s... we both try to stay close to the Great Physician... MArijo

Go Vegan. No meat and no dairy means a very small chance of developing any type of cancer; and if you can remember to take daily vitamins, the only other thin you need is regular exercise. And, of course, developing these into regular habits is the easiest way of always staying healthy.

I'm vegetarian and don't compensate with sugar.

I don't always have time to do sport so I walk fast and avoid taking public transportations when I can.

Lots of fruits and vegetables. Big salads. And tea ! And a glass of lemon juice every morning :)
