Honesty - I told her I didn't know the ten key. She had me take the test anyhow - it was no pressure because I wasn't supposed to know it wanyhow - I ended up doing it and rechecking the answers 3 times before the time was up and I PASSED.

In this situation one is attempting to achieve two things. Firstly, not to run down the past employer. Secondly, and in partially using info from the fist point, to make a good impression on the prospective employer. So, when asked about your last job you say.

"My current employer is a great company, lovely people and a place where I had the opportunity to learn and contribute to their success and m own. I shall in fact be sorry to leave them, but having established the position solidly, so that it won't fall down after I leave, I now need a bigger position, a larger challenge, where I can learn more yet again and make a greater contribution, and looking at your company, I am confident that this is the next step for me".
