Make sure It's from an outside business analyst that has no bias. Then YES otherwise you will have bias playing a role

Yes, you should always get feedback on any sort of plan that relates to your business. Others may see errors or have ideas you can add to the plan that you don't seek. Have someone check it for grammatical and syntactical errors as well as concepts.

yes for sure! You are in the driving seat of your business at all times, when you give your plan for someone else to look at he'll actually be able to view where you are going and if you are on the right track to get there. He'll also add insights which you as a driver just do not see.
