I think that is sort of like asking "what is the best food." Sometimes it's seafood at The Marina, sometimes it's fancy Tex-Mex at Papasito's, sometimes it's traditional Mexican at Del Pueblo, sometimes my craving can't be satisfied without pizza from Napoli's. I've even been known to enjoy a hot dog from the gas station, 2 for 99 cents.

I guess it depends on what I'm in the mood for!

I would go for Rabindranath Tagore. He is the Indian Nobel laureate who a Nobel Prize for his precious work Gitanjali. Gitanjali is beautiful set of poems in which he views life through a spectrum and the words come out like different rays of light. Each verse connoting a different layers of meanings, right from a lay man's view to a spiritual view. It's just beautiful and artistic. It's an artist's painting in words. Exemplary.
