Luckily, I've never had one.
Though I always hate getting my hair cut because my head is very sensitive. (No, that does not mean I'm a wimp! LOL!)

True story:
I have been on a journey for several years looking for some place to cut my hair at what I consider a reasonable price. 2 years ago I found a Vietnamese barbershop with a sign out front that said "$5 Man Cut." This seemed perfect!
The first time I went, the lady asked, "burnsides?" I said "yes", I wanted to keep my sideburns. She cut them off.
The next month I went and when the lady asked, "burnsides?" I said "no", I didn't want her to cut them off. She cut them off.
I thought this was funny and I told a few friends what had happened. They said I shouldn't go back, but hey, it was only $5 and besides, I can grow sideburns pretty fast.
I went back the next month, and when the lady asked, "burnsides?" I put my hands over my side burns and shook my head no, and said, "no, I want to keep my sideburns. Don't cut them off."
She finished my hair and trimmed up my sideburns, but when I got to the car and looked more closely in the mirror, I noticed that she had removed one side burn and left the other.
I never went back.

Hi Dianne, I like reading your answers, too!
