As English is my second language, i faced several understanding troubles during communication with native writers. I am going to improve my writing and reading communication skills. what are options which I can implement for being a successful commenter?

If a person cannot look past the fact that English is your second language and allow you some misunderstanding and misdirection, then perhaps they are not worthy of being your friend.
In negotiations, I think it is best if both parties take a step back when they find themselves feeling annoyed or angry and ask themselves why. Then they should ask for clarification and work at the clarifying until they are all satisfied that they understand each other.
Weaknesses in your sides are hernias, and these do not ever irritate other people, just the one with the weakness.

Yor weaknesses appear to be politically charged prejudice against the sovereign state of Israel, it's Jewish citizens and its National aspirations.

I think the most important thing in negotiations is to understand that both people believe they are right and sometimes you just have to agree to disagree.
