How do you picture your muse?

Do you have an actual visual in your head for the inspiration for your writing - or is your muse different for the various types of articles you write?

I've never given it a second thought ... until now. I don't think I have a muse as such. But your question brought an immediate image to my mind. How about that?

She's young and a bit of a scamp with double pig-tails and freckles across her nose. She is smiling but at the same time sticking her tongue out at me. She is daring me to say anything about it.

Its like Corrosive gases. i have little control over what it does and it damages me in a deadly manner.
