The electoral college, as an idea, is so bad, that it must be abolished.
The best way, as I have heard it it, to vote for all upcoming and future Presidents, given Bush's past complete idiocy and Obama's current complete failure to keep his promises of stopping lobbying, would be this:
A dartboard is thrown at the map of the U.S.; wherever that dart lands, a monkey in an orange jumpsuit is parachuted into that area .
The first person to shake that monkey's hand, THAT'S the next president.

That's a great idea ... about the Electoral College ... well and the monkey too for that matter. I've hated the Electoral College for years, ever since I finally understood that my vote for a particular person really wasn't a vote for that person. Made me mad.
As for the monkey ... well I can't say any more about it really ... it's brilliant. First they'd have to get there, then they'd have to find the monkey, then they have to persuade it to shake hands. Great!

4 Trillion dollars in less than 3 years, it makes me sick at my stomach. Lobbying, lies, and far left, far right are all making America disappear.
I think we should divide up the USA by districts and population, with their Senators leading, and divide the debt accordingly....then the one who saves the most money can be President for 2 years, never 4 that's too long.
