Any single mothers out there find it hard raising kids on your own, and I mean without hardly any support?

yes I did it! In canada the government will supply up to a certain dollar amount towards activities for children which are what you pay or get back at income tax time! some jobs are available on line my friends do it they do it from the library and all they do is surveys on line! I bought my new cell that way try it check it out and you can do it from your chair! GOOD LUCK!

I should have worded my question differently. Although the finicial help is needed as well, and thank you for the advice. But I was referring more to the mental aspect of raising kids. Do mom's find it exhausting? Do they find it stressful? and if so what do they do to help themselves out of being so exhausted.

Kathy, it sure is hard for any single mother to raise her child alone especially if her own family doesn't give 50% help at any level of time and need because raising a child is already a tough job, let alone single.

I am sorry you are dying there. I fully understand the situation but please be patient. The time will pass and your kids will be grown without your realizing it. ( Easier said than done ) Do not put the blame on the kids when you get so down. Arrange them to school so you can have some free time to do things or even grab some rest.

Raising kids is, to some , stressful due to lack of patience and moral support without one half. I am not a single mom but I know it's not easy. Somehow, you got to be strong mentally and be positive believing that someday they will grow and you do LOVE them.
