What type of 'organization'?
A mini-school differs from that of a crime family, a financial business, from a spiritual group....
"Conviction" and "morale", are always private, highly personal, native to the specific organization' involved,
A postal worker and a priest, might present different organizational challenges to personal ennui and amotivation, for instance.
I nourish life not some organization that represents control, money and profit
I'd say empower individuals, let them have a voice, let their needs be met.

Too many times the professionals that know what they are doing are subverted by
