Yeah, that's a great question!
All week I've been working on updated the Q&A to the new design. I think the old system of offering points and closing questions is not very effective. It seems like it would be better to make the questions more like discussions and once questions have been open for a reasonable amount of time, they automatically close.
Here again, the old system is based on an idea that didn't work out the way I thought it would.
I believe with the new point system, the way to handle this is to just give a flat number of points to anyone who participates in the discussion. That's what I'm planning on doing.
I find it interesting to see what questions people come up with so I'm glad it's not going away. In looking myself for a change at the Q&A, I noticed countless ones open - hence my question. You've got your work and then some - I moan about my site - wouldn't want to trade your workload. It is heaps! Thanks for all you do.
Peoples memory is as good as mine, very short!!
They forgot the way to Q&A section, your question is answered
RaoWords,
Yep, I'm sure that is it. Also, everyone is quite busy writing, commenting and getting on with things.
Appreciate the note.
I'm happy to meet you on SW. Look forward to talking with you again. Heidi
