I saw a program on tarsiers in the Philippines the other evening. With their absolutely huge eyes and very mobile ears, I thought they were completely charming.
Some people have said that snakes, particularly the venomous ones, have charming eyes and that they can hold their prey motionless with a stare, but I don't really believe that.
And have you ever looked a goat in the eyes? They have the most amazing eyes. Well, so do horses for that matter. I smile just thinking about it.
Dianne, I think you are quite an animal lover person. Goats do have the most amazing eyes among other animals. I also can't help smiling at this funny question.
About venomous snakes, by looking at their skin already gives me a shivering fit, let alone praising their charming eyes. (No way)
Dianne, best to you. The answer is: SHEEP's eyes are the most charming and cheeky. If a woman casts sheep's eyes at a man which means dadadadada
Humans-in many cases
Quite true because humans have real senses and we are also animals.
I think a deer has both charming and seductive eyes.
During the day charming. They are so sweet and innocent looking. Round and brown and wide like a child. They are gentle and pure.
But by night when the light hits them, they are fiery yellow like coals and very seductive. It is hard to look away. You are drawn to them because it is something that stands out in the darkness. They are symbolic of all things that are wild and really show the deer's inner spirit.
Haha I haven't come that close to looking at a deer but on TV. Deer is surely charming and cute and can be as wild as any animal when attacked.
My vote goes to the three animals in the order listed: Dogs, Horses and Fallow Deer. Of course, I know about all three - have owned these animals and, in every case, the dog has the most charming and expressive eyes. In fact, if you learn to read animal eyes, it becomes quickly apparent there is tremendous adoration behind the dog's eyes. They truly love and adore you - unconditionally. A horse also exhibits an amazing eye - but their charm is not instant - it takes some time and trust and then complete acceptance of master that translates into love, obedience and trust. The fallow deer has large, expressive eyes that are filled with gentleness and kindness. In fact, they express only calm, gentle acceptance of all things.
Gray Mare, I think you have more communication with animals than anyone of us here. I never get very near to a horse but I can see their eyes flipping up and down with long eyelashes and dogs are common if they are friendly they give you their best eye contact.
