Not as effective as they used to be, but still effective if you pay a lot.

Not as effective as social media, however, if the competition for the keyword is low, go for it! Just search in google for keyword tool and have fun with it!
I dnt use them maybe I should and really does google allow anyone 2 do tht their policy is?!
