Tell your Doctor you have stress... and he may be able to place you on permanent disability, then you won't need to apply for another job or work again. I know a person here, who did exactly that, and he has no more stress then myself or any of us, in fact he has a lot less stress then most.
LOL, that is sad to stoop that low, I been here in the USA now for over 23 years, never need it help and never been unemployed, this is all new to me specially because I am a workaholic.
Try to find a job through a recommendation of a friend or family member.
The glass isn't half full or half empty; it's twice as big as it has to be.
Rethink your resume and your workaholia into a flexible mode that neither excludes or surpasses; do something Heaven sent and dramatically different, like teaching.
You DO have a great wealth of spiritual know-how; consider counseling others at a suicide prevention or help at a center for teen pregnancy or prison inmate incarcerated youngsters.
