I love it. It is a way to practice my singing. Only trouble is gee-wee, make sure your neighbors do not hate your voice and the time should be appropriate. Be considerate and everything should be okay !
Hmmmmm..love karaoke and my choice of songs always.
Hi Hilda. I love karaoke. What is your favorite song or songs? Mine are mostly the Abba songs such as "Mama Mia" or "The Winner Takes It All" and etc. Scale of 1 to 10, how well do you sing with the karaoke? or what is your average score? My score is usually in the upper 80's.
Wow. 80s means very good. Mine is around 80s also. haha...
I love all sorts of songs. I don't stick to one band. Abba is one of my favourites. Believe me. Guess our taste is quite close. Oldies are easier for us to sing. I try Justin Bieber or Adam Lambert you can imagine how bad it will be. But I am better singing Abba, Carpenter, The End Of The World etc.
It depends on who is singing and maybe the mood I am in

I love karaoke. My daughter so enjoyed it and came home with the big, fancy machine. We'd go at it. Don't know how often we sang The Lion Sleeps Tonight. She'd go to the clubs and did well. I find that if you are out and having fun and have "somewhat let your hair down," karaoke is a blast. You give some people a microphone and they have tons of fun. Introverts become extoverts. Even if some folks can't really sing well, they put in the effort and you cheer them on. No one expects perfection and you forgive all off tunes with raucous applause anyway. Those folks that are really good, bring down the house. Why would anyone not love it.
