What is the only part of the human body that cannot repair itself?

I think the answer to this one is tooth. If it gets a cavity, cracks, breaks off, rots, whatever may happen to a human's tooth, there is nothing that the body can do to repair or heal it. And that is precisely why dentists make a good living.
