Which software program would you recommend for Music arranging and composition?

I used to use Sebelius. (now avaliable in version 6.0)

Thanks Hanna. I will go take a look at Sebelius. Is a birthday gift for my teenage son. He has arranged a Canon with a free program from his school but has drastic limitations. Would like to surprise him.

Sibelius is the easiest program with enough power to do pretty much whatever you want. Not cheap, but easy to operate.
