Get a fright first and then I would give that person a bear hug from the back and squeeze into his/her ribs till I dislodged the offending piece of meat
If it is a small piece of steak then pour cold beer over his head if a bigger piece of steak then bent him down on the stomach and punch his back until he throws the steak out.
