A church can be a rough place when a new pastor has to be called. Why is this the time for the congregation to fall apart and attack each other as they pursue their new pastoral leader?
Answers to this question:A church is a warzone itself = righteousness Vs evil. Don't be mistaken that a church is meant only for the good but the bad as well. (in spirit & in person) Very quickly the conflict among the people arises once there's something going on : the top guy dies, AGM discussion, office reshuffle, prejudice & racism.
Not godly or mature enough.Sadly.

Sometimes we forget that we are spiritual beings first and human beings second. It is not only when a pastor dies that this happens. It is whenever a challenge to the ritualistic same old same old is brought up. Allow a simple change in the service to be made and in most churches you will see lines drawn in the sand of which side the parishioners are on. Believes many times that the one thing that is forgotten in these decisions is prayer and meditation. Asking for direction and then closing our mouths to hear the answer.
