What do you do when someone sends you a text message saying that they feel sick?

My son is en route from South Africa to Miami. He just sent me a text message saying that he feels sick. I tried calling and texting him but I get no response. He texted from his South African number? I am just at a loss about what to do. Calling the airline is futile because of security. What should I do? He has not lanfded at MIA, yet.
Answers to this question:If it were my son Michael I would call the police. If and when you do get and tend to his needs I hope all is well. I will say a prayer

Continue calling until you get a response from your son. Probably he is flying. Check with the airport his flight number heading to MIA.
How young is your son?
