Be more cautious while playing. If you see Tiger Wood swing his golf stick, quickly duck your head into the hole to avoid being hit. (Joke)

Every exercise has its risk so be alert !

Ivan, good point, if you don't know how to do it, ask for help, get advice and then try.

Reduce the risks of exercise? I'm not sure if I understand the question but if I do understand ... this is what I do ... sleep on it and usually by morning I feel better :)

Bonnie, certainly I think sleeping good helps to have good reflexes, that certainly helps to avoid injuries while exercising.

Great sleep and great week!

Only do exercises that are suitable for you. How would you know? Consult your doctor. This is usually applicable to those who have heart problems as well as backbone problems. Do not overdo your exercise, always know your limits, know when to stop. Also, it is critical that you warm up first before starting any major exercise. You may want to do some stretching first or jogging. Then, do not forget to cool down before you end your exercise.
