According to the National Highway Transportation Safety Administration, issues about sudden unintended acceleration problem was not limited only to Toyota car manufacturer. In fact, according to NHTSA all of the car manufacturers have received complaints from consumers -- General Motors, Ford, Honda, and Chrysler. "According to the NHTSA database, recalls have also been issued for vehicles made by Nissan, BMW, Volkswagen, Mitsubishi, Subaru, Mercedes-Benz, Kia, Mazda, Land Rover, Suzuki and Volvo."
