What would be your definition of "The perfect Woman" or "The Perfect Man"?

The "perfect man" for me would be somebody who is self-aware and able to understand the importance of at least trying to be accountable for his own emotions. Who isn't afraid of life, of risking loving and being loved.
Who at least understands that judgment is counter-productive and can catch himself if he's doing it. Somebody with a great sense of humour, capacity to play and have fun, able to be vulnerable and also to feel deep empathy for people. A creative thinker and independent mind.
He'd need to be honest and not afraid of his own truth. But also able to be human, and forgive himself when he isn't perfect!
Perfect in this sense for me doesn't mean cardboard cutout, it speaks more to how we would fit together and whether we could work through the difficult bits.

Thanks, Jo. Truth is, it's big shoes for me to fill too! Somebody Oprah interviewed once said "if you want a man to step up, be sure you know how to step up too!". I think he was absolutely right. It takes two to tango, but you do both have to know the steps...

There is NO perfect man or woman, but compatible.
everyone is a perfect man and perfect woman, the perfect mate will always know or be willing to learn how to build you up when times may be a little rough, and be willing to see that all of their mates needs are meet before your very own. This usually means inviting a higher power into the relationship, and realizing that bond for life is not just something you say for a day..
